From Libby With Hope will provide a one-time $1,123.22 grant  to eligible families who are raising medically complex children. The grant is intended to help ease the financial burdens that come with raising their family. 

Applicants must be current residents of the United States to qualify for support through this program.  

Sponsorship Requirements:

• We require a copy of a valid driver’s license or ID card.

• A short paragraph about how the From Libby With Hope grant would benefit the family
