From Libby With Hope will provide a one-time $1,123.22 grant  to eligible families who are raising medically complex children. The grant is intended to help ease the financial burdens that come with raising their family. 

At this time, our grant application is open only to New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania states residents.  

Sponsorship Requirements:

• Applicants must be a New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania state resident. No exceptions at this time. We require a copy of a valid driver’s licence or ID card.

• A letter from the treating physician, which provides verification of the applicant’s conditions/diagnosis, or a pathology/medical report with the patient’s name and date of birth confirming diagnosis

• A short paragraph about how the From Libby With Hope grant would benefit the family
